(50% deposit due at booking)

*Party size includes the birthday child

CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE:

1 hour in the gym & 1 hour in the party room

OR

1.25 hours in the gym & 45 minutes in the party room

*Must be communicated ahead of time*

Our awesome birthday party coaches will provide your child with

1-1.25 hours of GAMES, SKILLS, AND BIRTHDAY FUN!

​

Then you will move on up to our birthday party room for 45-60 minutes to enjoy food, cake and gifts!

CANCELATION/RE-BOOKING POLICY:

​

If your child is sick on the day of their party, please let us know as early as you can. You will be given the option to re-book.

​

If you need to cancel the party for a different reason, we must have at least 7 days notice in order to receive a refund (minus a $15 admin fee). Cancelations made with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for a refund.

ONLINE WAIVER:

 

*Guests are required to have an online waiver on file before participating in any activities at SGC. All waivers must be completed/renewed as of July 1, and then do not need to be completed again until July 2027, unless information changes.

 

**Children ages 3 yrs and under must be under direct supervision of a parent/adult, who also must fill out the waiver.

 

***Parents are welcome to go into the gym to take pictures, but no adults are allowed on the equipment during birthday parties.
