NEW TO JACKRABBIT?

You will need to create a Jackrabbit account.
This can be done in 3 different ways:


1. Go to our SCHEDULE page to view and register for classes. During the registration process your account will be created.

2. Click on the Jackrabbit logo above. You will be taken to the Jackrabbit Parent Portal login page. Enter your email and then REQUEST A NEW PASSWORD. You will be emailed a link to create/change your password, and from there you can finish creating your account.

3. Register for an Event or an Open Gym from our
EVENT CALENDAR. You can create your account during the registration process.

NOTE: If you are ever having trouble logging into your Parent Portal, request a password change. It usually solves the problem. If you continue to have troubles please send us an email and we will do our best to help!



CLASS WITHDRAWALS

If you wish to withdraw from a class at SGC, all you need to do is let us know via EMAIL by the 15th of the month PREVIOUS to the month you wish to withdraw from. IE: If you would like to withdraw from February classes you must let us know by January 15

PARENT PORTAL:

Once you have registered for your classes, you will be able to manage your account online using the Parent Portal, which can be accessed by clicking on 

JACK!

PLEASE REGISTER FOR ALL FURTHER CLASSES/EVENTS THROUGH THE PARENT PORTAL! YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO PROCESS PAYMENTS, CHECK STATEMENTS, REPORT ABSENCES, SEND US MESSAGES ETC!

Registering for your classes is as easy as
1, 2, 3!
(we hope!)

1. Go to the
PARENT PORTAL page

2. Choose which classes you would like to see (grey boxes) and click on the arrow

3. Click on REGISTER directly from the class listings page!

*THE ABOVE DIRECTIONS ARE FOR MEMBERS THAT DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN ACTIVE JACKRABBIT ACCOUNT*

 

NOTES:

- AGF membership/insurance fees will be posted separately to your account, to discount the Summer Membership, if applicable.

- Payment can be made online with a credit card or by e-transfer to 

strathmoregymnastics@gmail.com

(please include who/what the payment is for).

- Beginning October 1, a $3 service charge will be added to

the monthly tuition (once per family account)

*If you are unable to sign in to your Parent Portal, or your email is not recognized on your initial login,  please request a password change. 

MONTHLY FEES:

We have decided to give continuous registration a try. Once you are registered for a class, your spot is secured until you choose to withdraw from the class, as long as the tuition stays up to date. The monthly fees are based on 4 classes per month - if there happen to be less classes in a particular month, the fees for that month would be less, and if there are more than 4 classes the fees would be more, based on the price/class. To withdraw from a class, you must fill out a withdrawal form by the 15th of the current month for the tuition to not be processed for the following month. Of course you are welcome to rejoin at any time (as long as there is space!) Tuition is processed on the 1st of every month, unless different arrangements have been previously agreed upon. If you join in the middle of the month, your fees will be prorated for the number of classes remaining. A $3.00 processing fee will be added to each month's tuition (once per family account)

IMPORTANT:

It seems that a lot of members are saving their credit card info to their Jackrabbit account, but the payment is not getting processed. Please check your parent portal if your payment has not shown up on your credit card statement!
